The 16th Coimbatore Festival is scheduled by the district administration to take place from January 2–8. District Collector Kranti Kumar Pati chaired a meeting attended by department heads to discuss the preparation arrangements.
The Festival's schedule featured a marathon, musical performances, Pasumai Kovai, cultural activities, Rights Journey, a cyclothon, a special Olympic event, Coimbatore Got Talent, and an automobile race. From December 24, 2023, until January 11, a double decker bus will run for free. The public can reserve a trip using the app.
In an effort to support regional artists, Nehru Stadium will host Art Street on January 6 and 7, and on January 7 there will be a marathon. Gandhi Park, Bharathi Park, Hudco Colony, VOC Park, Srinivasa Nagar Children's Park, Ram Nagar Park, and Kovaipudur Park will all have musical performances starting on January 2.
